Please make sure when collecting you have the invoice (PDF) which was sent via email when you won the vehicle.

A reminder about our loading charges, if you want the vehicle loading there will be a charge of £15. Also if you haven’t picked the car up within the seven days of winning the vehicle there will be storage fees of £18 per day.
